Has the family’s situation changed?
Is the child safe?
The caseworker helps follow the child’s progress and report problems when they happen.
$2 — U.S. Program Support
The remaining $2 helps support the U.S. side of the program.
This includes work needed to manage the sponsorship program, maintain records, review reports, communicate with donors, and help make sure the program is being followed properly.
That completes the $55 monthly sponsorship.
Does Orphan Sponsorship Pay for Food?
Yes.
Food is one of the basic needs supported by the program.
For families with limited income, keeping enough food in the home can be difficult.
