Bringing Clean, Sustainable Water to Yemen’s Communities
In Yemen, access to clean, safe water is a distant dream for thousands — a crisis that Humanity-Increased is determined to change. Through our Yemen Solar Water Project, we’re digging wells up to 70 meters deep to provide purified water to around 1,200 people per community. This life-changing initiative does more than deliver clean water; it builds stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
Our Goals
This project is designed to ease the burden on families, particularly women and children, who spend countless hours collecting water from distant and often unsafe sources. By establishing sustainable, solar-powered wells close to home, we’re contributing to:
- Healthier communitiesby reducing waterborne diseases
- Educational opportunities for children by freeing them from water-fetching duties.
- Empowerment for women to focus on family, community, and personal growth
Project Features
Every solar-powered water well is built to deliver durability, convenience, and sustainability. Each well includes:
- A high-quality solar pump providing a flow of 2.5 liters per second, ensuring a steady water supply
- A 5,000-liter polyethylene tank for reliable water storage
- Two easy-access distribution centers with taps, making water collection quick and simple
- Eco-friendly, petroleum-free materials that reduce pollution and lower maintenance needs
- A personalized donor plaque, honoring the kindness and generosity of our supporters
Project Benefits
This project isn’t just about water – it’s about life, growth, and opportunity. With each well, we’re able to:
- Support an entire community of up to 1,200 people
- Provide cool water in the summer and warm water in the winter, through natural geothermal insulation
- Enhance agriculture in rural areas, helping communities grow their own food and support local economies
- Deliver a consistent, electricity-free water supply powered by sustainable solar energy
By donating to the Yemen Solar Water Project, you’re contributing to Sadaqah Jariyah — a charity that continues to benefit others for years to come. Humanity-Increased is committed to transparency and provides regular photos, videos, and completion reports so you can see the impact of your gift in real time.
Together, let’s bring Yemen the gift of water.
