In the heart of Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, lies one of the most poignant symbols of human resilience and suffering: the Rohingya refugee camps. Hosting nearly one million refugees, a majority of whom are ethnic Rohingya, these camps represent a critical focal point for humanitarian assistance. The Rohingya, having fled a harrowing campaign of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and unspeakable atrocities in Burma’s Rakhine State six years ago, now find themselves in a relentless struggle for survival and dignity.
