Use of Donations
Donations support Humanity Increased’s humanitarian programs, including emergency relief, food assistance, clean water, healthcare, orphan and child welfare, shelter, education, livelihoods, and other humanitarian programs serving vulnerable communities around the world.
Donations designated for a specific project, country, or program will be used for that intended charitable purpose whenever reasonably possible.
If a designated project becomes fully funded, cannot be implemented, circumstances on the ground materially change, or excess funds remain after the project is completed, Humanity Increased may redirect the remaining funds to a similar charitable purpose or an area of greatest humanitarian need, consistent with applicable law and donor restrictions.
Zakat and Other Restricted Donations
Humanity Increased takes donor restrictions seriously. Donations designated as Zakat will be administered and distributed in accordance with Humanity Increased’s Zakat policies and applicable charitable requirements.
Other restricted donations will be tracked and used for their designated charitable purposes subject to the conditions described in this policy.
